When is bulk trash pickup?
Starting in November 2026, bulk trash is picked up on Wednesdays. Put items at the curb, or in the bulk area beside your building, after 6 PM Tuesday and by 7 AM Wednesday.
Can I rent the clubhouse?
Yes. Owners and registered tenants can reserve the main hall (up to 60 guests) or Room B (up to 20) at least 14 days ahead through the management office. Events end by 11 PM.

What are the pool hours?
The pool is open every day from 8:00 AM to dusk, and until 9:00 PM from April through October. There is no lifeguard on duty.

How tall can a backyard fence be?
Up to six feet in rear yards and four feet in front yards, and every fence needs architectural approval first. On canal lots, fences within 25 feet of the seawall are limited to four feet.
Do I need approval to paint my front door?
Not if you choose a color from the approved front-door palette. Any other color, including navy, needs the two-page Architectural Review Application, and the committee replies within 10 days.
