Board meetings
The Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in clubhouse Room B, except in July and in November, when owners gather for the annual meeting. Owners and residents are welcome to attend and speak on agenda items. Agendas are posted in the resident app at least 48 hours ahead.
Directors serve staggered two-year terms. Two seats are elected at each annual meeting.
