2026 amenity survey results

Thank you to the 201 neighbors who answered the amenity survey. Here is what we heard.

• The pool and the canal path are the most-used amenities, followed by the fitness room.
• Most residents are satisfied with the grounds, with lower scores for the entrance beds.
• A clear majority supports converting one tennis court to two pickleball courts.
• The top requests: more shade on the pool deck, better lighting on the canal path, and a dog water station.

The Board will use the results in next year's planning, and we will run a separate poll on pool hours for 2027.
